Gwen is an ultra-intimate dining experience for just eight guests per service, offering a deeply personal journey through 20 omakase style courses.
Across two open kitchens, guests will move through the space as the evening unfolds, experiencing an exciting tasting menu created by Peter Sanchez-Iglesias and his small team. Peter uses some of the world most exceptional ingredients and with his Spanish heritage, the food reflects a modern take on Mexican and Spanish dining.
As part of this next evolution, Peter is moving away from communal dining in favour of a carefully curated mix of tables for two and four guests. With a maximum of just eight diners per service.
The experience is not suitable for those with food allergies, intolerances, and dislikes, and no substitutions or amendments to dishes are offered.
